Project Manager
The PM is responsible of the relationship with customers regarding research and development projects.
He is always in touch with customers to define timing of projects, updates and improvements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Proven Experience (2+ years) in Project Management in the IT field;
• team spirit, communication and presentation skills, and mental agility;
• Creating, maintaining and updating customer specific procedures;
• Create process and technical documentation;
• Development of functional concepts
• experience in the management of (sub)projects;
• business-fluent written and spoken English language skills;
• confident and convincing manner;
• flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
• Functional and technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures
• Preparing and implementing optimization plans for customer projects;
• Experience in IT organization and process development;
• Good competence in English
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills;
The role is based in Lecce, but availability to travel in Italy and abroad is required (about 30% of the time)
